Jakarta Provincial Government wants residents to consume nutritious and healthy food

Based on beritajakarta.id, in the event to welcome World Food Day that falls on October 16, he also looks good at participating in joint cooking activities.

He stated that the security of healthy foods that are suitable for consumption is prioritized in implementing poverty alleviation programs.

"Jakarta Provincial Government wants residents to consume nutritious and healthy food. We also have an interest in building a healthy lifestyle," he expressed, Sunday (10/7).

He explained that the challenge of the world today is the problem of hunger and nutrition. However, on the other hand the problem of overweight (obesity) is also still a problem.

"I appreciate the people who are active in positive activities to overcome various problems in the community. One of them is PKK members," he stated.

He hoped that community involvement through the PKK is able to alleviate the problem of hunger and overweight at the grassroots level. Including, through collaboration between the city government and FAO, USAID, and Agriculture Ministry.

"Hopefully we are able to realize the zero hunger campaign in 2030 in line with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)," he stated.
